Recently, the number of fraudulent emails sent out to online customers is increasing. Such emails will appear to be sent from Al Salam Bank Bahrain; which in fact is not.

In general, fraudulent emails will ask the customer to update his records by providing personal information through email. Personal information might include account number, card number, password, pin number… etc. Such emails might also provide the customer with a link to a website with a similar look and feel as our legitimate site.

Please be reminded that Al Salam Bank Bahrain does not collect any such sensitive information from its customers in these ways. For your own security, please always login to our online banking through our website: www.alsalambahrain.com and not by following any link provided in an email message or a website.
